post-weekend fabric + pattern giveaway.

It’s Monday, and time for a giveaway…

Roll of Robert Kaufman Fusions strips

sessoms throw at quilt market featuring Robert Kaufman fabric

Check out the Sessoms sample from Quilt Market that was made up by the team at Robert Kaufman using their latest fusions collection. I think it turned out great! I also loved finding Allie (above) completely swaddled up in it when I came back with my camera. Quilts are made to be loved.

.

And here is a close-up of the quilting by the talented Angela Walters. Her interpretation is great, and I enjoyed reading about her strategy here. The wavy lines remind me of the insulation hatch in architecture drawings. Anyone else see that?

To giveaway, I’ve got a fat roll of 2-1/2″ fusions strips (51 to be exact) and 1 copy of my Sessoms throw quilt pattern. That will put you well on your way to making your very own version.

Leave a comment below between now and Thursday at midnight to win.

Sessoms is equally striking with either a dark or light background…..gorgeous! Interesting to read about the dot-to-dot quilting and how the quilter found your pattern to be a perfect way to show the technique.

It seems the only piecing I do these days is paper piecing and I love it! I would love a chance to make this pattern.

The very first time I saw this pattern on your website I fell in love with it. It is on my Bucket List. The structure of the pattern combined with gorgeous use of colour makes it a standout. I would dearly love to win the pattern and your choice of fabric. What an outstanding combo.

I always think it’s amazing how fabric choices can create such different effects in the finished quilt. I have been quilting for a long time and this still fascinates me. Sessoms looks awesome with both background fabrics.
