It’s super hard to believe that Spring Quilt Market 2016 was more than a week ago.
Here’s the booth shot. Let’s just say it was part closet, part living room and full-on fabric and quilt explosion. All good things.
I really wanted to show off my new fabric Euclid, my new patterns Hesperides and Crew, and have some fun with all of it. Because fabric and quilts are fun.
I had tons of projects, many of which were from the Euclid Lookbook plus some more. I’ve been pretty excited about Euclid and even more excited about using it as an excuse to sew up all kinds of things. In the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing more specifics about the projects, but in the meantime here are some (slightly random) visuals from the show.
Elisabeth in her stunning Euclid dress. I’m wearing a Euclid Hayden.
With Janine of UPPERCASE, and I’m loving her palette! (As always…)
Julia sporting her stunning necklace and Euclid dress. So pretty!
No surprise that I loved ALL of Arianna’s garments, especially these two Euclid dresses…
So beautiful!
My booth buddy and friend Ellen, rocking a Carkai Mercer…
With Nichole…booth sitting…as you do. (This Euclid top that I’m wearing is from one of my fave new Japanese sewing books…I’ll make sure to post about it soon.)
This was a great sighting! It’s an Austin House quilt in Kim Kight’s new collection for Cotton+Steel, Rotary Club.
Carkai sighting in the Sew Kind Of Wonderful booth–pretty good, right?!
I did manage to get out and see some sights..briefly. I was super impressed with the gardens at the temple square.
And there we have it. Spring Quilt Market 2016.

The colours of euclid are beautiful and I don’t make garments very often but I should so that I can make them with your fabric.

You can totally quilt with euclid too, Karen! 🙂 It quilts beautifully. So glad you like it–thank you!

Please tell me where I can find the pattern for the quilt on the 3rd to last photo of this page.

That quilt is a pattern from Sew Kind Of Wonderful, and I do not know the name. Hope that helps!
