Are you ready for a Quilt Along? I am, and I hope you’ll join me! For this quilt along, we’ll be focusing on my Elate pattern. In this post, I’ll be sharing the Elate Quilt Along schedule and all that is to come.
Quilt Along Details
The goal for all of my Quilt Alongs is to have fun. Sewing is the best, isn’t it? It’s especially fun when we can work on the same thing together. I’m choosing my Elate project for this Quilt Along not only because it’s new, but also because it’s a lot of fun to sew. I’ve made 4 of them already–or is it more? I can’t stop.
Elate is one of those projects where you can grab a beautiful pile of fabric, put on that podcast and send yourself right into that magical land of sewing. It’s not super complicated, it’s efficient, and it’s just what I think we need as we settle into the second half of this year.

Hi! Can this be made with wovens? Does the pattern include tips for choosing fabrics?
Hi Suzie, yes, you could totally use wovens in this project! I’ve used wovens in the scrappy version as well as the green version that I shared recently on the blog. There are some tips mentioned in the pattern, but I’ve spoken more about fabric selection on the Quilt Along. It’s a great place to get some tips.
